We have regrets. We have failures. We have made mistakes. But the key to flourishing in life is to let go of the past. In this workshop, learn to recognise and make peace with those painful memories, thoughts, habits and emotions that don’t serve you and hold you back from moving forward in your life. Learn useful strategies to shut the toxic voices in your mind and reprogram yourself for emotional resilience, strength, hope and love. This workshop provides a safe and supportive environment to discover shared experiences and put yourself on the path to change.
Note: Full day workshops (10am – 5pm) will be held on Saturdays in a central location in Singapore for a maximum group size of 20 participants and a minimum group size of 6 participants. Workshop will combine group discussions, workbook exercises, journaling, thought experiments and art therapy. We will confirm the workshop venue following your sign-up. We reserve the right to change the dates and venue of the workshop and will give you ample notice before doing so.
